The starters
“Modernistic” might not be an actual word, it represent how we see Blueair Sense+ on its premium build materials, seamless elegant grill and motion sensors control (more on this later). Designed by Internationally-acclaimed Swedish designers Claesson Koivisto Rune, Blueair Sense+ is also very compact at only [adimension] size and [aweight] weight. It could easily blend into your home decor thanks to the various color palette options (Graphite Black, Leaf Green, Midnight Blue, Polar White, Ruby Red, Warm Grey). Control and usability wise Blueair Sense+ is very easy to use although it could take sometimes to get used to. To turn on Blueair Sense+, simply swipe on the top control panel once and a blue light will light up indicating the air purifier is running in speed one. Repeat the step to further increase the fanspeed up until speed 3 where the air purifier will turn off on next swipe. Other than the motion control panel, there is also Wi-Fi with indicator, filter change indicator (based on actual indoor pollution and real-time use), 3-stage filtration, zero ozone emission, CARB certified, ENERGY STAR certified and 5 years warranty.color palette
Blueair Friend App
Blueair Sense+ is Wi-Fi enabled so naturally it support the company Blueair Friend app or Amazon Alexa. Available in both App store and Google Play, the main use of the app is of course transform your smartphone into a remote control. Via Blueair Friend app, you could remotely change the 3 airflow speed, timer, activate child lock/ night mode, schedule speed/ LED at specific hours and days. You could also access indoor/ outdoor air quality data in most major urban areas and few other miscellaneous logs/ tracking. With the optional Blueair Aware monitor, Auto mode is possible to monitor and change the air purifier speed autonomously based on your indoor pollution level.Airflow, speed, and CADR
What’s inside count
Like Blueair Sense, Blueair Sense+ uses HEPASilentPlus technology which is essentially an electrostatic and mechanical hybrid filtration. Instead of using 1 set of filter, Blueair Sense+ uses 2 waterproof, natural antibacterial polypropylene fibers particle filters that each comes with an active carbon sheet specifically for gaseous form pollutants. At an 99.97% effective of capturing particles as small as 0.1 microns, incoming particles like germs, smoke, odor and bacteria will be trap by the initial particle filter. Particles that manage to bypass the filter will be ionized by the ionizer and subsequently capture by the second particle filter. At the very end of cycle, Blueair Sense+ will release out purified air that contains even lesser ozone then surrounding unpurified air.
Replacing the filters is slightly tricky as the front panel is non-removable unlike most air purifier. You would need to turn off name, pull out the power plug, put the unit down with the backside facing up, open the bottom cover and only then you remove the 2 filter cassettes. Thankfully its a half to yearly job depending on how bad your indoor air quality is.Keep it down

Why not go with Classic model that offers better CADR and purifying coverage at a slightly cheaper price point.
