The starters
Like most “cheap” air purifier in the group, Levoit LV-H132 is compact and lightweight. At only 9.7 x 14.6 x 9.8 in size and 6.6 lb weight, the modern cylinder shape design is perfect for bedside table use. Build quality is decent with a slight texture on the bottom to mimic the air vent. Speaking of air vent, you have air flowing in from the bottom, purified and release out at the top. You will also find 4 anti-skid pads on the filter cover to prevent the air purifier from easily move. What’s lacking is a handle slot to hold on; not a big deal given how portable the air purifier is.

On to the usability, there is a power, night light, filter reset, and fan speed button at the top. Pressing the power button once will turn on the air purifier, again to turn it off. Next to it is the Night Light button with a secret function. On normal press, the button will cycle between on, dimmed light and off. Press and hold the button will disable all button lights on the air purifier. Press any button again expect the Power button will enable the button lights back on. For filter reset button, press and hold the button for 3 seconds to reset the filter countdown. Lastly, The Fan Speed Button will cycle between speed 1, 2 and 3. Overall, controls are straightforward to use but the button is a bit small.
To recap, LV-H132 is a 3-stage compact air purifier with 3 speed, nightlight, and filter reset button. Standard support includes lifetime customer support and 2 years warranty. Autonomous purifying is not available in this air purifier.

What’s inside count
Nothing extraordinary on Levoit LV-H132 air purifier 3-stage filtration setup. The top Fine Preliminary Filter would first trap medium to large particles. This makes it easy for the True HEPA filter to trap super fine airborne allergen, bacteria, and viruses. Activated Carbon Filter would handle household gases and odors but with restricted efficiency. Overall, filter quality is decent and the bundled filter kit so it can be easily replaced. Just flip over the air purifier and remove the filter kit from the bottom cover.Keep it down

Levoit LV-H132 VS the challengers

Levoit LV-PUR131
Why not move up the chain with a bigger and more powerful unit. It can delivers stronger airflow delivery rate, wider purifying, and utilize bigger filters. The downside is the price that you have to top up an additional 50 more (maintenance cost remains though).
PureZone 3-in-1
A popular alternative that is around the same price but comes with better coverage. There is also the added UV-C light filtration and timer. It's cons: limited availability, no nightlight, and weaker airflow performance. Surprisingly CADR is poorer too.
Levoit LV-H126
A newer addition to Levoit series. Despite being smaller and lighter, Levoit LV-H126 has a wider purifying. The price point is around half of what LV-H132 is offering with a lower maintenance cost. What's lacking is of course the nightlight feature.
