With its small compact form, Winix A230 is very easy to use as it is essentially a plug and play model. You can effortlessly cycle between the 4 fan speeds or enable Auto mode that uses a higher fan speed when the surrounding air quality level drops. Sleep mode only works manually that disables PlasmaWave, turns off indicator lights, and sets the fan speed to the lowest (lower than low). You can also disable PlasmaWave Technology by holding the buttons for more than 3 seconds. The AQ indicator will display Blue when air quality is good, Amber when it is fair, and Red when air quality is poor.
